PMW Welcomes Roger Kimber as General Manager

PMW Dynamics are delighted to welcome Roger Kimber PhD to the team as General Manager, marking an important appointment as the business continues to scale its operations in the UK.

Roger joins PMW Dynamics at a significant stage in the company’s growth. With activity increasing across sectors, including aerospace, defence, robotics and wider advanced engineering applications. Roger’s appointment will support PMW’s continued focus on operational excellence and long-term scalability.

As General Manager, Roger will lead the operational side of the business, overseeing the full journey from customer order through to final delivery. This will allow PMW’s senior leadership team to maintain a clear focus across operational performance and commercial growth as the company works towards a planned four-times scaling programme.

Roger brings extensive experience in operational transformation, with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering led businesses. Most recently, as Operations Director at G&B Electronic Designs, he was responsible for operations including production, engineering, purchasing and stores, helping improve delivery performance and reduce costs through stronger process control and production planning.

Roger’s broader career has encompassed project and engineering management roles, alongside operational and senior leadership positions across precision engineering, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing, and certification bodies.

Across these roles, Roger has built a strong track record in operational leadership, project delivery and business improvement within technically complex environments. This combination of engineering experience, process discipline and growth-focused leadership makes him a strong fit for PMW as the company continues to win demanding, high-value development programmes.
